Rental Period
Paddles must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Additional rental charges may apply for late returns.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before the paddle is released. The deposit is subject to the condition of the paddle upon return.
Paddle Condition
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the paddle throughout the rental period.
Damage
Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Lost Paddle
A lost or unreturned paddle may be charged at its applicable replacement value.
Late Return
Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees depending on the length of the delay.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on when the rental request is cancelled and whether the paddle has already been reserved.
